New York!

We got in @ 6am, and even after dropping off our luggage @ the hotel and going to breakfast it was stil only 9am! So here we are looking a little ragged waiting for the stores to open to get our shopping on!
Vess was able to fit in a little nap while we waited...
Mary Poppins! Love that lady and her magic bag.
9/11 Memorial. Incredible.
Highline
And of course... Empire State Building! We had SUCH a fun time! It was the perfect get a way, and we could go back every year!

What we've been up to...

Harper got to go cheer her dad on at one of his baseball games
We went to Laguna Beach with the Pearsons. Harp LOVED it!
She is also a big fan of the pool! Just like her mom :)
First Angels game! She was a trooper all the way to the end!
On her 9 month Birthday! Love this girl.
Apple picking.
Just sitting by some pumpkins :)

"Beach Day"

We attempted a beach day with Harp while we were in CA visiting Vess' parents, and unfortunately it didn't go so well. Lucky for us I was armed with props And we still got some good pictures :)
Floppy Hat!
Seriously! I laugh out loud every time I look at this picture. Vess and I look like chumps, but Harper is so funny.

Harper Grace

On December 4th Vess and I welcomed our sweet baby girl Harper into our family. She is such a good baby and already has quite the attitude. She loves to read her black and white books, watch American Idol, and pretends she is superman during her tummy time. Joey is still trying to figure out where she came from and what the purpose of her binky is, and Vess is trying to figure out how to put desitin on without touching her bum.
Since it's freezing cold outside and there's been an outbreak of the whooping cough, her and I don't get out much. So, to fill our time we like to have little photo sessions every now and then. I'm not a very good photographer yet, but she's a dang cute baby, so she makes up for it. :) Here's the Harp at 7 weeks.
